A collection of elements, vitamins, minerals and nutrients supporting immunity during ichthyophthiriasis “pox” among ornamental marine fish. The substance consists of 2 preparations: Preparation 1 should be dosed in the amount of 25 ml per 100 l every 12 h for 10 days to the tank during this time there is no need to disconnect activated carbon, zeolites, skimmer. Due to the possible content of iodide, silver, zinc compounds, it is not recommended to additionally use iodine and zinc during the treatment. After the end of dosing the substance, the preparation works from 28 to 40 days. After the treatment there is no need to use activated carbon. It is not recommended to use it in immature tanks, tanks in which the iodine level has exceeded 0.3 mg / l. It is not recommended to exceed the dose and 10-day dosing time. No negative effects on the coral reef were found during the tests, however, it is recommended to especially observe the reef during use, especially the more sensitive specimens. In case of problems, immediately stop dosing the substance. It is suggested to remove colored mussels, starfish and nudibranchs from the tank for the duration of the treatment, on which the substance may have an adverse effect. Preparation 2 should be dosed 1-2 drops to food, preferably dry or frozen, draining the water and waiting for it to soak up the substance. It is suggested to use in combination with a UV lamp of appropriate power and flow, it suggests special caution when combining with other preparations. The final effect is influenced by a number of factors: reaction speed, fish condition, stress factor, correct diagnosis, innate immunity of a given species – a reduced effectiveness of the agent has been observed in relation to the surgeonfish, in particular Acanthurus leucosternon. Due to low temperatures, crystals may precipitate in the substance (1), this has no effect on the properties of Blueichtiof. The crystals can be poured in with the substance or thrown away, they are neutral to the process.
It is suggested to leave the substance closed for 2-3 hours in a warm place before serving to reach room temperature.
The efficiency of the substance is 1L per 200L of water net.
