Tropical Biorept W 100ml food for aquatic and terrestrial turtles Turtles associated with the aquatic environment are omnivorous and carnivorous animals. To meet their needs, we have prepared Biorept W – a multi-ingredient food in the form of sticks for daily feeding. It contains the addition of crustaceans, including gammarus, enriching the food with valuable protein, chitin and unsaturated fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6). This food has been enriched with Hermetia illucens (Black Soldier Fly) larvae. This is a valuable raw material rich in essential amino acids, fatty acids, macro- and microelements.
It contains highly absorbable calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, which play an important role in the development and maintenance of bones in good condition. It has a favorable calcium to phosphorus ratio, unseen in other insects. The concentration of calcium found in Hermetia illucens is much higher than in milk. The excellent taste of the sticks makes the animals eat them very willingly. Vitamins and microelements contained in the food ensure proper development of the turtles’ skeleton and shell, preventing deformations and other serious health problems.
Turtles fed regularly with Biorept W sticks develop evenly and are in excellent condition. Intended for feeding turtles of the following genera: Apalenie, Chrysemys, Clemmys, Deirochelys, Graptemys, Kinosternon, Malaclemys, Mauremys, Pelodiscus, Trachemys, Sternotherus.
