2. Stock Control

We endeavor to keep all items listed on our website in stock. However, due to fluctuations in demand or supply chain issues, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item at the time of order. In cases of out-of-stock items, we will make every effort to replenish stock promptly, but estimated restocking dates are only approximations. Customers have the right to cancel orders if delivery estimates are unsatisfactory. We are not liable for any circumstances resulting from a product not meeting its estimated delivery date.

3. Stock Compatibility

4. Payment Terms

For faster processing, we prefer payments made online via credit/debit cards or PayPal. All payments must be received in full before the dispatch of goods.

6. Product Warranty

Our products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in parts and workmanship. This warranty is valid with proof of purchase and is limited to repair or replacement only. It does not cover consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to misuse, improper installation, wear and tear, or commercial use. The warranty is valid only under normal operating conditions as specified in the installation instructions and care guide. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights. 7. Complaints Procedure

We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service. 8. Limited Liability Agreement

Aquatic products and related systems carry inherent risks of failure, leaking, or flooding. Marine Reptiles is not liable for any loss of aquatic life, personal injury, property damage, or any other consequences arising from product use, failure, or any associated risks, including electrical hazards. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products are placed in suitable locations with proper drainage and structural support and to carry adequate insurance covering such risks. Always follow manufacturer recommendations, use GFCI-rated outlets, and turn off electrical equipment before servicing.
